My custom pieces are made to order and the shipping times for certain products reflect as such.
Made to order items will be listed as such within the store.
If you have a piece that needs to be out to you by a certain date,
PLEASE contact me so I can make sure I adhere to your schedule!
All items are shipping through Royal Mail Tracked, domestic and international.
The tracking number for your delivery will be sent to you via email once dispatched.
International buyers please note!
I am not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur upon the arrival of your parcel.

( Custom Pieces ) - Due to the nature of the custom pieces, refunds and returns are not accepted.
Please contact me within 24 hours of arrival if there are any problems with your order, along with photo evidence of the issue and we will make a plan of action on how I can fix or replace it.
